When cash flow is low, but your taste in music quality is high, you’re forced to get budget-friendly earphones that can keep you from burning a hole in your pocket, but all the while satisfying to your ears. We’ve got a list for that!

Advanced Wearable Audio – AWA 101 Dual-Driver IEM
2018 Best Earbuds Under 50 USD

These earbuds pack a nice punch at the under $50 mark. Actually valued at $80, AWA 101 currently retails for $50. it features dual drivers which make for a nice boosted low end (hey bass heads) and smooth audio that rings straight through to the highs.

Kinera BD005 Pro

You can always trust Kinera to deliver a great sound no matter the price range. The BD005 Pro is one of their best values, providing a sound signature that’s hard to beat for only $49. Here, you’ll experience a warm timbre that might not deliver on impact but will definitely succeed in producing a smooth tonality that is easy to enjoy and get lost in.

Moondrop Aria

This $79 IEM from Moondrop has been gaining a considerable amount of popularity recently, and for good reason. The Aria sounds like an IEM well beyond its price point, giving you a shockingly grand and airy soundstage. It has immersive spatial properties that deliver clarity and articulation to each of your tracks while producing a smooth tonality that’s hard not to enjoy. There’s a greater thickness in its bass while balancing the highs with detail and texture without being too bright. Midrange frequencies are a bit recessed but are emphasized at the right points to make elements like vocals stick out.

Final Audio E2000 Hi-Res Earphones
2018 Best Earbuds Under 50 USD

These earbuds offer a lightweight and simple design that provides listeners with a completely referenced and balanced sound signature with a wide sound stage.

Queen Of Audio Vesper

Kinera’s sister brand Queen of Audio lives up to their name with the $60 Vesper. The soundstage is about what you’d expect, but in terms of texture, the Vesper goes above and beyond its price point. Its low-end drive pops out of the sound signature, offering solid impact and warmth with exceptional layering. This is also probably the best-looking design you’re going to find for less than a hundred, with Vesper’s artistry and fancy cable.

Fiio FD1

Fiio is another IEM manufacturer where you’re sure to find something no matter what price range you’re looking in. As far as the FD1 goes, you’re given one of the most spacious soundstages in this price range, with incredible width and accuracy throughout its imaging. Each layer is carefully positioned articulating an immersive stage for maximum engagement.

Strauss & Wagner EM205

Strauss and Wagner is a brand that produces solid and inexpensive products that prove their value with their superb sound. At only $39.99 you’d think it impossible to have a sound this clean, but the EM205 finds a way to achieve great clarity with such a standard design. Bass fidelity is tonally thick and powerfull, fulfiling a meaty low-end with clear details.

Wireless headphones are all the rage, giving users the ability to untether themselves from the confines of one meter of unwanted cables. Headsets with the ability to supply wireless capability along with active noise canceling are highly coveted but are made with a heavy price tag. Like that of wireless Bluetooth technology, good quality ANC comes with a price – usually upwards of $350. However, some premium companies have been able to meet you in the middle, offering both Bluetooth and ANC headphones without breaking the bank. Here’s our list of “Best Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones Under $200.”

Sennheiser HD 450BT

Sennheiser HD450BT nicely folded up and ready for transport

Sennheiser seems to have a headphone in every category and price range, so it isn’t surprising that they’d show up on this list. Even when their noise-canceling capabilities seem only as a generous function rather than an impressive feat of technology, they’ve always been about sound quality over everything. In that case, the 450BT delivers as a solid affordable headphone for $199, with better sound quality than what it’s worth. YOu can expect an impressive soundstage, warmth, and a much more natural tonality than what you might be used to with wireless headphones. Its small earcups might bother some listeners, but for most, you can expect a sustainable level of comfort for numerous hours of use. You can order a pair at Audio46.

Strauss & Wagner BT501

The Strauss and Wagner BT501 just might be one of the best for its price, featuring a large battery life and an energetic sound. Its timbre is clean and consistent throughout each range of frequency, bringing texture and detail to excite the signature of the headphone more than other models in this price range. Although the soundstage is a bit restricted, the important elements still get through and are displayed clearly. You can find the BT501 at Audio46 and Strauss & Wagner.

Audio-Technica ANC500BT

Audio Technica Announces Three New Noise-Cancelling Wireless Headphones
Much like Sennheiser, Audio Technica is a brand that you can always rely on for a decent pair of headphones without breaking the bank. Their most affordable option with noise-canceling is the ANC500BT for $99. Also, like the Sennheiser selection for this list, sound quality is the headphone’s main concern, with its noise-canceling capabilities being more of a nice inclusion. It’s perfectly functional and will give you the effect you need in more mild ambient environments, but don’t expect more than that. In terms of its sound signature, this is what’s going to make the ANC500BT a good bang for your buck. The bass has a thick and engaging response with full mids and an easily digestible high-end. You can find it at Audio46 or at Amazon.

JBL Tune 660NC

JBL is definitely one of the most well-known brands on this list with the 660NC being one of the most inexpensive noise-canceling headphones around. Prices have been floating around with it currently being available for 59.95. If you’re familiar with JBL then you’ll know what to expect out of the 660NC. Unlike some of the other selections for this list, JBL balanced its sound quality with its noise-canceling capabilities, giving you the best of both worlds.

The only aspect of the headphones that some might not be on board with is their on-ear design. On the other hand, this is some of the best noise-canceling for on-ear headphones, being able to eliminate incoming noise from harsher environments. As far as the sound goes, the 660NC provides extended bass frequencies without being over-emphasized, and a crisp midrange that’s full and engrossing. You can buy a pair at Audio46.

JBL 650BTNC

For those who are fans of JBL but have a bit more to spend than what the 660NC currently goes for, the 650BTNC is your best bet.  Not only is this a more comfortable, over-ear design, but these headphones can also be paired with JBL’s companion app for features like EQ. You can an equal level of noise-canceling to the 660NC, but the depth of the soundstage on the 650 is much greater. You get a much cleaner display of sound elements with a more easy, neutral bass response. This is one of their most balanced headphones available, and for the price it’s hard to beat. You can get a pair at Audio46.

Are there any headsets we left off of our “Best Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones Under $200” article? If so, let us know your favorites and why here.

So, you’re going wireless and are also thinking of tuning out the world while you’re at it. I don’t blame you. I live in New York City. So here’s a list of the best Bluetooth headphones with active noise cancelling.

First, let’s debrief the big questions. What is active noise cancelling (ANC)? People often ask about this feature looking for a headset that’ll turn the mute button on the world. Well first myth debunked, these ANC headphones cannot 100 percent tune out background noise – that’s a bit dangerous don’t you think? But, they can get pretty darn close. Anyway, active noise cancelling works by taking the constant hum of sound waves in through the headphones and uses a microphone to send out the reverse sound waves, which as a result cancel out the constant hum or background chatter you normally hear without the headphones. Now, ear pads are designed to already provide passive sound isolation when securely resting on your head fit. The choice of fabric can further isolate your music inside the ear cups are further block out ambient noise. These ear pads working in tandem with ANC can do a great job of reducing the your bustling environment to a mere whisper. So on to the goods. Here is a list of the best Bluetooth headphones with active noise cancelling capabilities.

Sony WH-1000XM4

Black and White XM4 Headphones

There is currently no one on the level of Sony when it comes to noise-cancelling. Sony has developed industry-leading technology for its ANC and ambient aware functions. Featuring dual noise sensor technology and a QN1 processor, the range of environments is greatly increased for superior isolation. With the XM4 even being in the harshest settings, like on an airplane, can be made to sound like you’re nowhere at all, leaving you to your music without any distractions. In addition to this, the XM4 also includes a multipoint Bluetooth connection and DSEE system that’s used to upscale compressed audio files in real-time. With this Sony tries to maintain musical fidelity while masking the frequencies with heavy noise cancelation. With the combination of these various technologies and support from high-quality Bluetooth CODECs, the inclusion of spatial audio, and an optional companion app for IOS and Android, the XM4 is the whole wireless package. Get yourself a pair at Audio46.

Shure Aonic 50

Gift ideas for dads who love music

While the XM4 far exceeds the Aonic 50 in terms of technology, the pure sound signature of the Aonic 50 outweighs the timbre of the XM4 without EQ. The level of noise-cancelling is still serviceable, but its functionality is extremely smooth and has a wide stereo field that many can enjoy. This is a headphone for those who think the sound of the XM4 is too congested, the Aonic 50 will be more clear and dynamic. Shure has developed a consumer Bluetooth headphone that, like the XM4, is a jack of all trades, although listeners might be bigger fans of the unmanipulated timbre of the sound here. Find it at Audio46.

Sennheiser HD 1 formerly Momentum M2

Best Bluetooth Headphones with Active Noise Cancelling Sennheiser Momentum 2

Editors Note: See the updated version of this model, the "Momentum 3" here.

I will always be such a fan of the M2s. This headphones was crafted with such premium grade materials and quality it gets the job done right. The ear cups are a super soft leather in the over-ear design and plush fabric in the on-ear model. Both are able to provide a wide and deep soundstage with crisp highs, shimmery mids, and my favorite booming bass lines that are both powerful and natural. That being said, the ANC abilities of these headphones are just as superb. So much so, when playing music I found it difficult to hear the person who was speaking right next to me. When completely charged, the M2s will give you up to 22 hours of wireless, noise cancelling playback. Sennheiser Momentum M2 in the wireless over-ear model will run you $499.99, though you can get them at the lowest price at Audio46 when you use discount code “majorhifi” during checkout. They’re also available at a competitive price on Amazon.

Bowers & Wilkins PX7

PX7 Photography

The PX7 is one of the smoothest noise-cancelling headphones currently available. A good mix of balance and heft, the PX7 showcases an effective sound signature that puts forth a clean timbre over everything else and that works in its favour. It’s difficult to not enjoy all of its textures for long periods of time, presenting a gripping bass that’s both punchy and soothing, with a dynamic midrange and sweet high frequencies. The ANC is perfectly functional and should give you the effect you need to eliminate outside interference. Their fit is the only aspect to these headphones that might take some getting used to, but otherwise, you can’t have a more solid choice than the PX7.

Dali IO-6

Like the PX7 the Dali IO-6 favors clarity, but with a more neutral timbre. Out of all the selections you see here, the IO-6 sounds the most like a natural headphone, as most tend to have a more digital signature. In case you’re worried, the 50mm driver of the IO-6 still packs a significant punch. Texture is minimal throughout the frequency response, but those who are looking for accuracy in a wireless headphone with ANC capabilities will find the IO-6 quite suitable for their tastes. The ANC itself is effective, but clearly not the focus of the IO-6. It will help eliminate light environmental sounds, but harsher sounds heard on an airplane or a loud city block for example won’t be completley reduced. Overall this is still a top pick if you’re looking for a neutral, more easy-going sound signature.

BOSE QuietComfort 35

Best Bluetooth Headphones with Active Noise Cancelling BOSE QuietComfort 35

QuietComforts may be the most popular when people are searching for active noise cancelling headphones and for good reason. BOSE is one of the best in noise cancelling abilities. I wore these headphones right next to a drum circle during a Brazilian Day celebration here in New York City and fund although the headphones could not completely mute the booming drums, it did a great job of turning down the dial on the super loud cadence of  the enthusiastic drum circle. However, I’d say the sound is good, but not great. The bass booms which is nice, but it can some times cover the lush mids and glittering highs. The QC 35s are the wireless upgrade to the QC 25s. Both models feature soft, plush ear cushions and a padded headband. The entire frame is collapsible which makes it easy to take on the go. The cans are said to run for up to 20 hours wireless and 40 hours while wired. However, one fault we must acknowledge is that when the headphones are completely out of battery, the headphones will not be able to play music even as a wired option. Boo! However, these headphones still make our best Bluetooth headphones with active noise cancelling list because they have the best noise cancelling capability of all the headphones mentioned. The BOSE QuietComfort 35 headphones will cost you $349.95. Grab it at the lowest price on Amazon.

So, now that we’ve detailed the best Bluetooth headphones with active noise cancelling which one will you choose?

Rock n’ roll, baby. Give us an anthem, a heartbreaking ballad, a simple guitar strum, and we’ll make it through the day. Today, I’m thinking about which earphones have given me the most magical rock and pop-rock experiences.

For me, it’s all about the midrange. I want it big, full, rich and balanced. A little clarity would be nice too. So, I’ve taken the liberty of finding an IEM in almost every price range for my fellow rockers. If you’re looking for over-ear headphones, click here. Let’s explore the Best Earphones For Rock and Roll.

Under $100

Queen of Audio Vesper

There are many ChiFi type IEMs to talk about, especially for less than $100. The one that struck me immediately as a rock and or roll earphone was from the Kinera adjacent manufacturer Queen of Audio. Their Vesper model for $69 has a lot to offer outside of its beautiful design. Its greatest asset is clarity, as the sound signature produces colorful tones to help highlight the best characteristics of the genre. Firstly, the bass will produce some thicker resonances for those more hard-hitting rock tracks. Bass frequencies are clean and well-positioned in the mix, giving you impact and fidelity. It’ll make a grand performance from the liked of Green Day or Sum 41 appear with more slam, with assistance from crisp mids adding crunch and texture to the tracks. The stage is also expanded greatly, making room for all the elements to work together in a more articulate spatial image.

Klipsch  R6M

For those of you who like thick, solid low-mids, try out the Klipsch R6M. These were the first “expensive” earphones I bought, and they changed my life. Maybe I’m Amazed. Listening to Paul McCartney’s huge ballad, those classic deep, muffled kicks and toms were made for the R6M. The guitar solo is very forward and the organ had a nice glow without any harsh upper mids. Lush, heavy and grand is what defines the Klipsch R6M. Klipsch  R6M

Sennheiser HD1

Let’s step it up a notch. I highly recommend the Sennheiser HD1. You won’t get a better pair of headphones for $100. With these, you’ll get much more overall balance than the Klipsch, with clearer highs. The mids are perfectly balanced, and it’s a lighter sound. Wow. Fleetwood Mac’s, Everywhere sounds frequen great. Substantial and clear bass, sparkling synth highs, super clear rhythm guitar, and gorgeously airy vocals. There are no piercing highs, and no muddy lows. It’s like dreamy walk in the park after a wake-and-bake.

FiiO F9 Pro

When I first heard these, I couldn’t believe they were 140 bucks. Though the mids are quite well balanced, the higher midrange is slightly emphasized. Spacious, with great separation, these buds are ideal for electric guitars. I listened to Start Me Up, by the Rolling Stones. You get a big soundstage and a freqload of clarity for such a messy band. The bass is deep and present without overwhelming the higher frequencies. The drums are snappy, and the texture of the electric guitars comes out nicely. (They also work great with pop). The F9 Pro has a detachable cable, which you can replace. It also includes a balanced cable if you feel like taking your sound to the next level. Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Campfire Audio Comet

These buds are brand new. Campfire makes amazing in-ear headphones that are usually super expensive. The Comet is the first model released for under $200. They are, without a doubt, one of the most well balanced earphones I’ve experienced in this price range. Punchy, with a vast midrange, the Comet delivers a fantastic chorus. Listen to Next To Me, by Imagine Dragons. The kick drum is solid as cement. The lead vocals are neither too forward or removed. And the choir completely engulfs you. Full, full.

Campfire Audio Comet

Editors Note: The Comet has been discontinued.
You might find the Satsuma as a good replacement option here.

Under $500

Westone W40

So, here it is, one of my favorite in-ear headphones of all time. The Westone W40. Though it shares the sound signature of other Westone models, the W40 has a lower frequency extension. It’s got serious depth, snap, dryness and, of course, beautiful midrange fullness and balance. Perfect for rock. I Wanna Get Better, by Bleachers. As it moves into the anthemic chorus, you feel a deep bass and drums, massive vocals, resonating cymbals and a generally voluptuous feel. Getting to the guitar solo, you’ll notice the clear texture of the strums and a thickness in tone. Sonic luxury.

BGVP DM8

One of the latest brands to make it overseas is BGVP, and their DM8 model has been a big hit here at MajorHiFi. Its biggest asset is its level of separation. When listening to busy rock tracks it’s important for all of the elements to be in the place they’re supposed to be, while also providing great clarity and detail. The air between these elements is the real kicker, taking classic tracks from the likes of George Harrison’s “All Things Must Pass” and expanding them to their deepest and widest form. You get a nice transparent midrange for those acoustic and electric instruments to come in clean, while the glistening of the treble gives them a finishing glow, adding shine to those brass sections and percussion.

BGVP Main 2

You can find the BGVP DM8 at Audio46.

Under $1000

Shure SE846

A little jump in the price here. But the great news is that once you reach this echelon, sound starts to blow your mind. It would be unfair not to mention Shure in this article because they make killer IEMs. And the Shure SE846 is my favorite in their line-up. A wide soundstage and out-of-this-world clarity! Get ready to hear details that you once missed in your music. The more subtle instruments suddenly pop their heads out, and you think, “Oh, that’s how it was supposed to sound.” Don’t Wanna Fight, by Alabama Shakes. The first thing struck me was the amount of separation I heard. The two guitars were so individual and realistic. Clean and super-well defined. Brittany Howard’s vocal was so tight (I don’t mean cool). What a snappy headphone! I felt like I was standing right in front of the stage; a ton of width and depth. The intimacy of the listening experience is astounding. Crystal clear gold.

Kinera Imperial Nanna

The original Kinera Nanna brought a great natural sound signature that used its warmth and soundstage exceptionally well. For an IEM just hitting that under a thousand dollar range it was one of the best of the bunch. While I could recommend the original model, I felt the latest Imperial version better fit the qualities of the rock genre. The low end goes a bit deeper with this tuning, shaving off some of the resonance and sticking to crisp vibrations instead. This makes bass instruments give off a lot more subtle feel, with sub-bass frequencies giving off more layers. Bass guitars and synths feel like they have a lot more power, and provide certain tracks with a lot more depth. Highs are a lot tamer too, but they don’t sacrifice detail. You get the same resolution while maintaining a more easy-listening sensation. The midrange is what’s most important here, as it contains a pure timbre that makes rock tracks sound unmistakably clear. The vocal performance sounds absolutely pristine, giving you an uncompromised range of detail. You’d be missing out if you didn’t get to hear a David Bowie track on the Imperial Nanna.

Campfire Andromeda

Ok, now we’re getting serious. This headphone is not only perfect for rock, but also my favorite in-ear headphone of all time. In fact, I don’t care what genre you listen to. They are an audiophile’s dream come true. What separates the Andromeda from all other headphones? Solidity, speed, clarity, frequency range…I could go on. But let’s use a concrete example. Cocaine, by Eric Clapton. On the Andromeda, this song sounds dryer than Moet Imperial Brut. The transient response is incredible. The drums hit you like bricks at the speed of light. The high hats and cymbals are crispier than crackers. The high rhythm guitar, though subtle in the song, is just as clear as the lead. There is no resonance to speak of. Just grip, grip, grip. Frequen unbelievable.

JH Audio JIMI AION

To me, JH Audio is the closest to a rock n roll brand of IEMs we’ve gotten. Everything about its design and sound signature screams rock n roll, and the $1,299 price point makes them fit well in this price bracket. With the JIMI AION you get a massive bass and midrange response that’s meaty and resonant. It gives tracks a great drive, with a full tonality that makes every track feel gigantic. Hard rock tracks from the likes of Ghost are provided with the punch and groove you’d be expecting from their music.

IEM Attached

The JH Audio JIMI AION is available at Audio46.

Under $2000

JH Audio Lola

If you listen to classic rock, and love vinyl, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. The warmth and softness you hear through these babies is like no other. This IEM is not designed for critical listening, but for a euphoric sonic trip. I think it would be a crime not to hear a Beatles song in describing the Lola. Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. As John Lennon starts singing, I can’t say that I hear distortion. But his voice has a roundness that can only be replicated when listening to records. It’s like swimming in honey. Smooth, thick and fluid. That weird guitar/sitar off to the left, is clear, but incredibly distant, which attests to both, the width of the soundstage and accuracy of the imaging. You can hear the forwardness of the bass, so there’s also a lot of depth too. It’s not crystal clear like the Shure SE846, and lacks the grip of the Andromeda. But that thermal, analogue feel is spot on. Like any spiritual experience, the sound on the Lola is hard to put into words. So, I’ll just say, rock and roll, man.

AAW Halcyon

This IEM is a standout in the market, holding great properties for a rock n roll earphone. The Halcyon hits hard, with its punchy bass and crisp midrange, giving you great detail and extension. Selection from Electric Light Orchestra delivered this impactful yet tight and smooth timbre that made the tracks pop. Its crisp mixture of midrange textures provides excellent instrument and vocal resonance for detailed performances in a spacious image.

The company known for delivering high-performance audio systems has revealed what they hope to be the integrated amplifier of your dreams. McIntosh has announced the MA12000 hybrid amplifier, their most powerful yet.

The feature-rich MA12000 offers 350 Watts per channel of clean, high-performance power that produces a breathtaking home audio experience. You will think your favorite musicians are playing a live, in-person performance in your house.

The MA12000 gives you the best of all worlds with the warm nuances of a vacuum tube preamplifier combined with the speed and raw power of a solid-state amplifier, state-of-the-art digital audio capabilities, and enough analog audio connections for virtually any home music system.
The MA12000 is a hybrid design with the preamplifier section powered by (4) 12AX7A vacuum tubes (2 tubes per audio channel), while the 350 Watt power amplifier section employs a solid-state design. McIntosh’s Autoformer™ technology guarantees the speakers will always be capable of receiving that full 350 Watts whether they have 2, 4, or 8 Ohm impedance.
There are 10 analog inputs on the MA12000 plus 7 digital audio inputs that are located in the included DA2 Digital Audio Module. The DA2 has also received Roon Tested designation from Roon Labs, which can be especially useful when having an extensive library of digital music.
The top of the MA12000 is highlighted by updated industrial design elements. The Autoformers and power transformer are now contained in a new glass-topped enclosure capped by a glass nameplate encircled with a decorative trim ring. Key performance specifications and a detailed block diagram are printed on 5 glass panels.

Other MA12000 features include:

  • Power Guard® that monitors the output signal for overdriving and makes real-time micro-adjustments to the input signal to prevent harsh sounding clipping that could potentially damage your speakers
  • Our fuse-less short-circuit protection circuit Sentry Monitor™ that disengages the output stage before current exceeds safe operating levels and then resets automatically when operating conditions return to normal
  • A pair of peak responding, trademarked “McIntosh Blue” Watt meters that indicate the real-time power output of each audio channel
  • McIntosh Monogrammed Heatsinks™ which are connected to advanced high current output transistors that minimize thermal equilibrium lag (or warm-up) time and help keep the MA12000 running cool
  • Home Theater PassThru that allows for seamless integration into a home theater system
  • Our patented Solid Cinch™ speaker binding posts that easily but securely attach the speaker cables to prevent them from coming loose and possibly causing a short; the binding posts are also gold-plated to prevent corrosion and ensure a quality signal is sent over your speaker cables to your speakers
  • A discrete, eight-band tone control that allows for advanced manual analog adjustment of your favorite recordings
  • High Drive headphone amplifier with Headphone Crossfeed Director (HXD®) which can bring an added dimension to headphone listening
  • Power Control to send power on/off signals to connected McIntosh components for easy system power up and shutdown
  • Doubling of filter capacity compared to our other integrated amplifiers for even better low-frequency performance
  • The latest audio-grade circuit components to deliver the best sound possible
  • Powerful control microprocessors to improve overall system operation
  • Easy operation via front panel controls or the included comprehensive remote control

Beyerdynamic

Rumor has it Beyerdynamic is bringing the heat this Black Friday. And we can most likely expect prices south of $900 for items like Beyerdynamic T1 and T5. I’ve also heard through the grapevine that there are more savings to be had with the DT 1770, DT 1990, and Amiron Home models. Yippee! If last year is any indication, then I’m anticipating headphone superstore Audio 46 to be hosting some of these amazing savings in-store and online. They’re notorious for giving customers the best deal.

Shure

Shure has started their Black Friday savings early. Fans can grab the SE215 for $89 (reg. $99) on Audio 46 and Amazon.

I think there may be some other promotions, but I’ve detailed those suspected savings in the predictions section below.

Amazon (Other Tech)

The major e-commerce platform’s own products will also be discounted or bundles during Black Friday. Fans who’ve been waiting for a great deal on an Amazon Echo Dot should rejoice, as the mini voice-activated speaker is available in a bundle with Fire Stick TV and Alexa remote for $69.98, saving buyers $20. Snag the Amazon Echo Dot, Alexa Remote, & Fire Stick bundle here.

A Certified Refurbished Echo Dot (2nd Generation) – Black is retailing for $34.99, which is $10 below market price. If you buy the Echo in bulk, you’ll also receive a discount. Purchase 3 Amazon Echoes and save $50 when you use the discount code: ECHO3PACK during checkout at this link. That’s three gifts for them and $50 for you… kinda.

Update 10/09/2017: This just in. Audio46 Headphones Store in NYC is currently hosting a Black Friday promotion in which you can start saving now. Purchase any headphone from Audio 46 now and if the price drops from now until Black Friday, they’ll reimburse you. That includes Black Friday sale specials as well.

Super savings may not be posted as of yet, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t savings to be had. Consumer reporter and Black Friday guru, Matt Granite of WKYC, basically revealed in a BF article that it’s never too early to start BF shopping. If you’re looking to beat the crowd, you can definitely get head by purchasing right now! Yep, right now. Many of the sales you see going on right now through Columbus Day are actually the same sales price you’ll see on Black Friday. That’s because companies use this time to strategically test their projected deals (both online and in-store) and use that data to strategize on how to place products on the big day. Granite adds that Treblab XR800 wireless water-resistant earbuds are currently marked down over 70%, selling for $49.99 (retail $169.99). I truly hope this is an indication for much bigger brands. But if it’s not, we’ve still got your covered with incoming updates and predictions on the brands that’ll be holding major blowout sales. Amazon usually has a load of tech deals and we will be sure to link them all here. For those specifically looking into headphones, Audio 46 super-store holds both in-store and online deals that we will link as we find them. Target is also notorious for holding truly remarkable deals on Beats headphones while Best Buy is a destination for saving on Bose. There’s also retailers that might forget to check, like, Overstock.com, Kohl’s, Kmart, and BJ’s Wholesale.

Best Black Friday Headphone Deals 2017 – Brand Predictions

Sennheiser

The German company seems to have started their Black Friday sale early. Sennheiser’s HD 559 has dropped in price from $149 to $99.95. Sennheiser also lowered the price of the HD 569 from $179.95 to $149.95 and the HD 599 from $249 to $199.95. My sources tell me this sale will run through the end of December, but that doesn’t mean these exciting products will be in stock by that time. Basically, get on this now.

Last year, Amazon was the site to be on when looking for discounted headphones. For Sennheiser fans Urbanite XL Wireless headphones were selling at a steal – $150 rather than $300. That being said, I’m looking forward to whatever cans will be available for at an incredible price this year.

Samsung

If what cyber sales Guru, Matt Granite, says is true, then Samsung’s Gear IconX, currently on a blowout price of $50 – marked down from $200, will retail for $50 on Black Friday. That’s if any more pairs of these truly wireless buds are in stock. Regardless, if you’ve got $50 to spare, grab a set while you still can at Samsung.com.

Sony

Sony was also a major player on Amazon, dropping the price on their MDR-ZX770BT from $100 to $59.99. In addition Sony’s MDR-XB950 BT was on sale at Amazon for $88 rather than $129.99 – a clear indication (to me) that Sony fans will be in luck this holiday.

Bose

Best Buy sold some of Bose’s most popular pairs (i.e. QuietComfort 20) for about $50 off the retail price. Bose also held similar savings on their own website. I’m expecting the same this year. We’ll be sure to list links as soon as we have ’em.

Apple Beats

If this year’s Target sale is anything close to the sale the retail giant held last black Friday, then there are major savings to be had in the Beats department. Users who signed up for Target’s Early Access Deals were able to purchase Beats at incredibly low prices. Beats Solo 2 Wireless at one point sold for $119.99 and at $239.99 at a later date. At Best Buy Beats Solo 2 Wireless will be sold for $150 while Beats Powerbeats2 Wireless sold at both Best Buy and Target for $89.99, rather than the current retail price of $139.99.

Apple iPhone and Watch

Last year, Apple snobs saw a few amazing promotions for BF – with $100 discounts and gift cards thrown in with purchases. Target offered the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus for zero money down with the purchase of a qualified network plan. They also threw in a $250 Target gift card. Since the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and X will be hot off the press at that, I’m thinking we may see this deal reiterated. If so, that’s a nice reward for those who wait and battle it for the next generation iPhones on BF.

Skullcandy

Skullcandy, while holding their own BF blowout sale last year, could also be found on Kmart with 50% off discounts on select models (i.e. Skullcandy Uproar Wireless).

Best Black Friday Headphone Deals 2017

P.S. We will have a ton more updates coming in regarding what items are for sale and where you can grab them for less. Keep checking back for updates!
