We are sorry that you had a negative experience with this product, but what you are describing is uncharacteristic of these headphones and beyerdynamic as a company. The Byron BTA is one of their top selling headphones. here are a few reasons why you could be experiencing problems.
-The headphones that you received could be defective
– you could have accidentally purchased counterfeit headphones, when buying online you should only by from AUTHORIZED DEALERS
– The Headphones could not have been properly charged. Initially, most Bluetooth headphones will come with a small charge in them. It is recommended that you fully charge them before using them, especially for the first time.

You may notice a difference in wired vs. wireless connections but it shouldn’t be extremely significant, especially when comparing a $200 wireless pair with a $5 wired pair.
