We only reported on them, so unfortunately we cannot say we had a negative or positive experience with this product. Your best bet to rectify your problem would be to contact the manufacturer and voice your problem to them. It sounds like the model that you received may be defective. They may be able to either fix your, replace it, or offer a refund.
