Bold manis are having a moment and we’re here for it. We’ve tried matte manicures and color blocked nails, but this spring, our eyes are set on 3D nail art. Ahead, we’ve rounded up some of our favorite 3D nails so you’ve got all the inspo you need to take your manicure to the next level.

Shatter Glass Ceilings

Shatter glass ceilings with a look unlike any other. We love the idea of 3D mirrored rhinestones to make a statement. To get the look yourself, check out these gemstones on Amazon.

Flower Child

Add delicate flower details to elevate even the most simple of manicures. To make sure the tiny petals stay put, place a dot of a clear topcoat, like the Essie Gel Setter Top Coat on the area you’d like the flower to stick. Then once it’s dry, apply the same top coat all over the nail for a gel-like, shiny finish.

Pretty Python

Believe it or not, you can recreate @betina_goldstein’s snakeskin nail look at home. Here’s how: grab a toothbrush and a piece of mesh. Paint your nail with a red shade, like Essie Love-Fate Relationship and let dry. Coat a toothbrush with a darker polish, like Essie On Mute. Then, place the mesh over your nails and blot it with the toothbrush. Once dry, remove the mesh to reveal a life-like snakeskin design.

Pearly Perfection

We love the combination of pearls and metal balls on this 3D mani by @narinanails. On top of an iridescent gel manicure, place these acrylic imitation pearls on your nails for an intricate pattern.

Itty Bitty Butterflies

These tiny butterflies are the perfect addition to the lavender and green polish, and if you’re sold on the look like we are, stick them on with a nail glue.
